Milk Chocolate Bar Cake 0 Picture


  • 1 (18.25oz) pack swiss chocolate cake mix
  • 1 (8oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c powdered sugar
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 10 (1.5 oz) milk chocolate candy bars w almonds divided
  • 1 (12oz) contained cool whip thawed



Step 1

-prepare cake batter according to package directions
-pour into 3 greased and floured 8" round cake pans
-bake 325 for 20-25 min, until toothpick clean, cool pans on wire rack for 10 min, remove from pans and cool completely on wire racks
-beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, sugar at med speed until creamy
-chop 8 candy bars finely, fold cream cheese mix and chopped candy into cool whip
-spread icing b/t layers and on top and sides of cake. chop remaining 2 candy bars, sprinkle half on top of cake, press remaining along bottom of cake
