Ingredients
- 2/3 C butter
- 2 - 8 oz. milk chocolate bars
- 1 - 8 oz. milk chocolate bar - grated
- 1/2 C whipping cream
- 4 t rum flavor *
- * If using real rum use Bacardi Amber

Preparation
Step 1
Melt chocolate bars in top of double boiler.
Add whipping cream.
When completely melted, remove from heat and add butter; blen in until smooth and creamy.
Refrigerate until hardened.
Grate chocolate bar.
When mixtre is hardened, roll into small balls and then roll in grated chocolate.
