Ingredients
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 2 15 oz. cans sliced potatoes, drained
- 1 pint whipping cream
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 small onion, chopped or 1 ts. onion powder

Preparation
Step 1
Pour soups, potatoes, whipping cream and milk into an ungreased 2 qt. casserole dish. Mix well. Cover and bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Ladle into serving bowls and sprinkle with bacon bits, sliced green onions and cheese. Great with a slice of buttered corn bread!
