  • 2 – 2 1/2 lbs. Ground Beef
  • 1/3 of a 16 oz. box Angel Hair Pasta
  • 26 oz. jar Prego Meat Flavor Spaghetti Sauce
  • 8 oz. Green Giant Mushroom Stems and Pieces
  • 8 – 12 oz. Finely Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 cups corn
  • 2 cups green peppers, chopped
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Non-stick Cooking Spray

Step 1

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef. Cook the pasta according to the directions on the package; Drain. Add the spaghetti sauce, mushrooms, pasta, corn, and green peppers to the skillet; Mix together and simmer for 5 – 8 minutes. Spray the bottom of a 9” x 13” glass baking dish. Layer the following in the bottom of the dish: Spaghetti Sauce Mixture, Parmesan Cheese, Mozzarella Cheese, Spaghetti Sauce Mixture, Parmesan Cheese, and Mozzarella Cheese. Bake the Spaghetti Casserole at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes. Turn the temperature on the oven up to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and continue baking for an additional 15 minutes. Serve hot!
