Ingredients
- 3/4 cup rice milk (original or vanilla)
- Fresh squeezed orange juice
- 3/4 cup frozen strawberries
- 3/4 cup frozen raspberries
- 3/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 2 tbsp ground flax seed, optional
- Natural sugar to taste (I like Sucanat)

Step 1
Put rice milk and fruit into blender and blend until well mixed. Add orange juice until you get the consistency you like. Add flax seed and blend. Add sugar until you reach desired sweetness. Serve and enjoy!
