Ingredients
- 1 broiler fryer (2 1/2 lbs)
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 lg onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 tsp curry powder
- 1 lb can tomatoes
- 1/2 cup raisins

Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine flour with salt and pepper. Shake chicken pieces.
2. Brown chicken in oil. Remove, keep warm.
3. Add onion, green pepper and curry powder; saute until soft. Add tomatoes (break with spoon), raisins, garlic and chicken. Cover, simmer 1 hour.
4. Arrange chicken on a bed of rice; spoon sauce over top.
