Ingredients
- 3 bulbs kohlrabi
- 1 tsp finely minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp olive oil or butter
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup sour cream, optional

Preparation
Step 1
Peel the kohlrabi and trim away the stems. Slice the bulbs in half, and then cut in slices about 1/4-inch thick. Place the kohlrabi slices in a steamer basket and steam until tender, about 8 minutes. Transfer the kohlrabi to a skillet with remaining ingredients. Mix well and cook about 1 minute. Serve immediately
