Cheese Cake cups

Ingredients

• 2 oz cream cheese
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 eggs
• vanilla wafers
• muffin cups

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat cream cheese, add vanilla and sugar (mix on hight). Add in one egg at a time. Place one vanilla wafer at the bottom of each muffin cups, pour in mix (just less than full). bake for 20 minutes.

*Tops will sink after taking out of oven. Cool

Top with favorite topping (strawberry, blueberry, cherry pie filling works well!) Place in refredegerator over night!
