Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 c. green onions, finely chopped
- 1 lb. of ground sausage
- 1/2 tsp. original Mrs. Dash
- 3 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
- 2 drops hot sauce
- 3 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
- Pinch seasonsing salt
- Frozen shreadded hashbrowns

Preparation
Step 1
Brown sausage and onion. Add Mrs. Dash and seasning salt. Line the bottom of an 8x8 in. glass baking dish with hashbrowns (about 1 inch thick). Sprinkle hashbrowns with drained sausage mixture. Mix together eggs, milk, mustard, and hot sauce and pour over meat and hash browns. Top with cheeses. Best refrigerated overnight. Cook at 350 degrees 45 minutes to 1 hour or until golden.
