Tilapia with Broccoli & Farfalle

Ingredients
- 1 lb farfalle
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper
- 5 slices of bacon
- 1 med. onion chopped
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- 1 bay leaf
- 12 white mushrooms sliced
- 1 can san marzano tomatoes
- 4 tilapia fillets
- 1/2 c. all purpose flour
- 1 box frozen peas
- 1/4 c. marscapone cheese
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 c. basil leaves shredded

Step 1
Cook pasta in boiling, salted water and drain.
Heat skillet w/ olive oil over med. high heat. Add bacon and crisp.
Add onions, garlic, bay leaf and mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper.
Add tomatoes and crush. Simmer 15 mins on low heat.
Season fish with salt and pepper. Dust with flour. Heat olive oil in skillet over med. high heat. Cook fish 4 mins on each side.
Stir peas into sauce. Return to simmer and add marscapone. Reseason.
Remove fish from skillet and cover with tin foil.
Reduce fish pan to med. heat and add butter to pan. Brown 2-3 mins. Stir in balsamic vinegar and reduce by half. Pour over fish.
Toss pasta with sauce and garnish with basil.
