Ingredients
- 3 C. chopped cooked chicken breast (about 12 oz)
- 1 C. diced seeded cucumbers
- 1/2 C. crumbled feta cheese (2 oz)
- 1/4 C. chopped fresh parsley
- 2 T. sliced pitted kalamara olives
- 3/4 C. plain fat-free yogurt
- 1/2 C. light miracle whip
- 1 T. dried oregano
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 (6") pitas, each cut in half
- 8 Boston lettuce leaves

Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Combine yogurt, miracle whip, oregano, and garlic in a small bowl. Pour over chicken; toss well. Cover and chill 2 hours
Line each pita half with a lettuce leaf, and fill with 1/2 cup chicken salad.
