Ingredients

  • 3 C. chopped cooked chicken breast (about 12 oz)
  • 1 C. diced seeded cucumbers
  • 1/2 C. crumbled feta cheese (2 oz)
  • 1/4 C. chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 T. sliced pitted kalamara olives
  • 3/4 C. plain fat-free yogurt
  • 1/2 C. light miracle whip
  • 1 T. dried oregano
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 (6") pitas, each cut in half
  • 8 Boston lettuce leaves

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Combine yogurt, miracle whip, oregano, and garlic in a small bowl. Pour over chicken; toss well. Cover and chill 2 hours

Line each pita half with a lettuce leaf, and fill with 1/2 cup chicken salad.
