  • Crunch
  • 2 1/2 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 3/4 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1/2-1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 stick melted margarine
  • Chocolate Syrup
  • Pareve Ice Cream either bought or favorite recipe

Preparation

Step 1

This makes one 9x13 pan. Make Crunch mix. Bake until light brown not black about 10-15 min.
Take 2 9x13 pans. Divide above mixture into 2 pans. Press one of the pans well since it will be the base. Bake as mentioned above. Drizzle syrup on the base/crust. Put ice cream over.Sprinkle the crunch from the second pan over the ice cream. Drizzle more chocolate syrup over the top if desired.
