Ingredients
- 1 pkg puff pastry
- 4 inch round of brie cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Roll out each half of pastry to 1/8 inch thickness; cut into 10inch round.
Place Brie on pastry and fold pastry around cheese, overlapping edges and sealing with beaten egg.
(make ahead and cover and refrigerate up to 24hrs)
Bake in 400* oven until golden and puffed 25 to 30 minutes.. ??doubtfull of the time.. ????
