    am going to try and make this in my iron skillet. Now, how much Poly should I sub for the splenda? I was thinking one and a fourth cup and then add some Stevia to the other cup of granular splenda.

    my skillet is seasoned with lard and just wondered if it is okay to spray with Pam on top of lard or just not do that? I don't won't the cake to stick.
