Ingredients
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 4 large chopped onions
- 1 medium sized fresh red pepper
- 4 minced garlic cloves
- 2 large celery stalks, scraped and coarsely chopped
- 4 lb. ground beef chunk
- 1 tsp. oregano
- ½ tsp. red pepper
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tbs. Chili powder
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 lb. tomatoes
- 2 16 oz. cans kidney beans with liquid

Preparation
Step 1
Heat ½ of the oil over medium heat and cook the onion, pepper, garlic, and celery 5 minutes. In a pot heat remaining oil and brown the ground beef. Add the cooked onion mix to the beef, and then add the seasonings and the tomatoes. Simmer 1 hour, then add the beans with liquid and simmer an additional 30 minutes.
