- 1 serving of Spaghetti OR Angel Hair Pasta, broken in half
- 1 tsp Nature Seasons
- 1/2 tsp Thyme
- 1/2 tsp Basil
- 1 – 1 1/2 lbs. Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, cubed
- 10 3/4 oz. can of Cream of Chicken Soup
- 4 oz. can Mushrooms
- 1 cup peas, cooked (optional)
- 1/2 cup water
- Seasoned Bread Crumbs
- Olive Oil

Step 1
Add olive oil to the bottom of a large skillet. Add basil, Nature Seasons and thyme to the chicken breasts. Cook the seasoned chicken cubes over MEDIUM heat until there is no pink in the center. Cook the pasta according to the package directions; Drain. To a large casserole dish, add the Cream of Chicken soup, water, mushrooms and peas; Mix together until the soup mixture is smooth with no remaining lumps. Add the cooked pasta and cooked chicken cubes; Toss the mixture until everything is blended together. Sprinkle seasoned bread crumbs over the top of the dish. Bake the casserole, uncovered, at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes to 1 hour. This recipe serves 4 people.
