Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 cup grated cheese
- Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Salt to taste
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1/2 lb. velveta cheese
- 2 cans chopped green chilies
- Flour or Corn Tortillas

Step 1
Preheat Oven: 350 degrees
Stove Top: brown beef with onion and drain off grease. Then, add cheese and seasonings.
Stove Top: combine and melt, cream of mushroom soup, evaporated milk, velveta cheese, and chopped green chilies.
Scoop meat into tortillas and roll up and place into a casserole dish until all meat has been used. Then pour cheese mixture over tops of the tortillas. Bake until bubbly!
