Dynamite Chops 'n' Gravy

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. Boneless Pork Chops, Thick Cut
- 14 oz. can Beef Broth
- 1 Tbsp Tarragon
- 1 Tbsp Nature Seasons
- 1 Tbsp Old Bay
- 2-3 Tbsp butter
- Wondra Shaker Flour OR All-Purpose Flour
- Cooked Rice

Melt the butter in a large skillet. Season both sides of the pork chops with tarragon, Nature Seasons, and Old Bay. Cover the skillet and cook the pork chops for about 15-20 minutes (7-10 minutes on each side) over medium-high heat. Check the center of the pork chops to ensure that there is no longer any pink. Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set them aside (make sure to keep them warm). To the same skillet, add beef broth and flour. Using a whisk, loosen the “goodies” at the bottom of the skillet and stir. Add flour and continue stirring until the gravy reaches the desired thickness. Serve the pork chops with gravy over rice.
