Ingredients
- Gravy:
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 Tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 - 3/4 tsp. garlic pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Creole Seasoning
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Non-stick Cooking Spray
- Two 10 3/4 oz. cans Chicken Broth
- Leftover flour mixture

Step 1
Mold the ground beef into patties. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, Old Bay, pepper, garlic pepper, Creole seasoning, bread crumbs, and salt; Mix together to combine. Coat each of the patties in the flour mixture. Coat the large skillet with the non-stick cooking spray and heat the skillet over MEDIUM heat. Add the patties and cook until the the seasoning is browned. In a medium bowl, mix together the remaining flour mixture and chicken broth. Place the patties in a glass 9" x 13" pan. Pour the gravy over the patties. Bake the patties at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes. Remove the patties from the pan. Remove the gravy from the pans to a separate pot. Place the patties back into the pan and bake a1 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 minutes. Whisk the gravy in the pot over MEDIUM heat for 10 minutes or until thick. Serve the patties with mashed potatoes and gravy.
