Asian Party Mix

Ingredients

• 2 C. Corn Chex & Rice Chex
• 2 C. sesame rice crackers (found
• in the Asian section)
• 1 C. tiny pretzels
• ¾ C. Wasabi peas
• ¼ C. dry-roasted peanuts
• 6 T. butter
• 2 T. sugar
• 2 T. curry powder
• 2 T. soy sauce
• 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp. garlic powder
• ½ tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. cumin
• ½ tsp. ground red pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 200º. Combine first 6 ingredients; set aside. Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat. Add remaining ingredients; stir with a whisk. Pour mixture over cereal mixture and toss lightly. Spray a large jelly roll pan with spray. Spread mixture onto pan. Bake for 45 minutes. Cool completely.
