Springtime Chicken Supper

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter or margarine
- 1 (3lb) chicken, cut up
- 2 large tomatoes, peeled, cut into wedges
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 2 stalks celery, sliced
- 2 small zucchini, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 (10 oz) can chicken-mushroom soup
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp dried parsley

Step 1
Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat; add chicken. Brown on all sides, about 5 min. Add tomatoes, green onions and celery. Simmer, covered, for 15 min
Meanwhile, cook zucchini in a small amount of boiling water for 3 min or just until crisp-tender. Drain; rinse with cold water. Drain again and set aside
Blend soup, salt and worcestershire sauce in a small bowl. Pour over chicken. Cover and simmer chicken, stirring occasionally, for 15 min or until tender
Add zucchini to skillet; mix gently. Heat to serving temperature. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve immediately
