  • 3 1/2 lbs. Fresh Pork Loin Country Style Ribs
  • Two 18 oz. bottles of Kraft Original Barbecue Sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Non-Stick Cooking Spray

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray the bottom and sides of a 9” x 13” glass baking dish with a non-stick cooking spray. Cut the ribs in half and place the ribs into the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the ribs. Pour the barbecue sauce over the ribs (*Just enough to barely coat the ribs*). Turn the ribs over after 30 minutes of baking time; Sprinkle the ribs with Salt and Pepper and add a little extra barbecue sauce to the top of the ribs. Bake for another 30 minutes; Turn the ribs over and baste using the sauce in the pan. Bake for another 20 minutes; Turn the ribs over and baste again using the sauce in the pan. Finish baking the ribs for another 20 minutes and remove from the oven. *The total baking time is 1 hour and 40 minutes.* Serve hot!
