Trifle

Ingredients

• 250mg cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup icing sugar
• 300ml 1 can unsweetened condensed milk
• 125kg pkg vanilla pudding mix
• 500ml whipping cream whipped
• 10 inch angel food cake (cut in cubes)
• 4 cups fresh blueberries or your choice of frozen

Preparation

Step 1

1. In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, then add milk and pudding mix ,
blend well. Add 1 1/2 cups fo whipped cream, fold in.

2. In serving dish, layer 1/2 of cake, 1/2 of cream mixture, 1/2 of
blueberries,

3. 2nd layer, cake, cream, blueberries.

4. top with remaining whipped cream.
