Ingredients
- 2-3 boneless chicken breasts
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup fresh dill chopped
- 1/4 cup minced chives
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 1 1/2 cups peeled baby carrots
- 1 1/2 cups chopped onion
- 1 large can chicken broth
- 2 cups sugar snap peas
- Freshly ground pepper
- Bow tie pasta

Preparation
Step 1
In a large stockpot, add all ingredients except peas and pasta. Bring to a boil, and reduce heat and simmer covered for 20 minutes or until carrots very al dente. Add the peas and simmer for 10 minutes.
Cook pasta separately and drain and add to pot.
