Ingredients
- 3 1/2 C. cooked orzo (rice shaped pasta)
- 1 C. chopped red bell pepper
- 1/2 C. chopped purple onion
- 1/2 C. chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 C. chopped fresh basil
- 1 (15 1/2 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/4 C. red wine vinegar
- 3 T. water
- 2 T. balsamic vinegar
- 1 T. olive oil
- 1 1/2 t. sugar
- 1 t. pepper
- 3/4 t. salt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Step 1
Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl; toss well, and set aside.
Combine red wine vinegar and next 7 ingredients in a bowl, and stir well. Pour over orzo mixture, and toss well. Cover and chill
