Ingredients

  • 1 lb liver (any kind)

  • 1 onion

  • 1 egg,well beaten

  • 1 tablespoon chopped celery

  • ¼ lb.bacon

  • 1 cup bread crumbs

  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

  • salt and papper

Directions

Cover liver with boiling water and let stand for ten minutes,then drain and dry.Mince the liver,bacon and onion.Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughy. Pack into greased loaf pan and bake 1 hour in 350 degree oven.Excellent for sandwiches and hors d'oeuvres.
