Ingredients
- Filling:
- 16 graham wafers
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 cups milk
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp corn starch
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt

Preparation
Step 1
. Mix the first 5 ingredients together and put 3/4 of it in a pie plate and press firmly.
2. Mix the cornstarch, sugar, and salt. Add this mixture slowly to the milk which has been heated.
3. Cook in a double boiler for 15 minutes.
4.Mix a bit of the hot milk mixture to the egg yolks and then return them to the double boiler.
5.Cook until eggs set and add vanilla.
6. Pour into the prepared pie shell and top with meringue.
