  • 21 oz. can Cherry OR Strawberry Pie Filling, chilled
  • 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
  • 14 oz. can Eagle Brand Low Fat Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 9” Graham Cracker Crust

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese with a hand mixer until it is fluffy. Gradually beat in the sweetened, condensed milk until the mixture is smooth. Stir in the lemon juice and vanilla extract. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust, cover, and chill in the refrigerator for 3 hours or until the cream cheese filling is set. Top with Cherry or Strawberry Pie Filling before serving. *Refrigerate the leftovers.*
