Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Hillshire Farm® Angus Beef Italian Smoked Sausage
- 8 ounces uncooked bow tie pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup roasted red bell peppers, drained and cut into strips
- 4 cups baby spinach
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded Parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Directions:
Cut sausage in 1/4” slices; set aside. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain pasta and keep warm.
While pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat until hot; add sausage and onion. Cook, stirring frequently for 4 minutes or until sausage is lightly browned. Add garlic; cook stirring constantly 1 minute.
Stir in tomatoes, red bell pepper and spinach; cook and stir until spinach is wilted.
Stir in pasta and basil; toss lightly. Top with shredded cheese.
