Ingredients
- 1 bag (10 ounces) mixed salad greens
- 1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes
- 1/2 medium bell pepper, cut in thin strips
- 1/2 cup (1/4 inch thick) red onion slices, separated into rings
- 1/2 cup each sliced cucumbers and carrots, optional
- 1/4 cup prepared Italian salad dressing
- 8 ounces grilled boneless chicken breasts, cut in thin strips
- 5 to 8 twists McCormick® Black Peppercorn Grinder

Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix salad greens and vegetables in a large bowl. Just before serving, drizzle with dressing and gently mix to coat.
2. Arrange chicken strips on top of salad. Twist black peppercorn grinder over salad.
