Ingredients
- 1 envelope Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Savory Herb with Garlic Soup Mix
- 1 cup finely crushed plain tortilla chips or corn flakes (about 3 oz.)
- 1-1/2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 2 Tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread, melted

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 400°. Combine Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Savory Herb with Garlic Soup Mix with tortilla chips in medium bowl. Combine chicken and egg beaten with water in large plastic bag or bowl until evenly coated. Remove chicken and dip in tortilla mixture until evenly coated; discard bag.
2. Arrange chicken on 15-1/2 x 10-1/2 x 1-inch jelly-roll pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray; drizzle with Spread. Bake uncovered 12 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Serve, if desired, with your favorite fresh or prepared salsa.
