Ingredients
- 8 chicken breast, cooked
- 2 c. celery, diced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 4 oz. (approximate) dry stuffing
- 1/2 stick butter, melted

Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 deg. Cut cooked chicken breasts into large chunks. Combine chicken, celery, onion. mayonnaise, water chestnuts and soup in a large bowl. Spoon into a casserole dish. In a separate bowl, combine dry stuffing mix and melted butter. Spoon over chicken mixture. Bake casserole uncovered for 1 hour.
