- 6 Teaspoons granular sugar substitute (Truvia)
- 4 Ounce vodka
- 40 fresh or frozen raspberries
- 16 Ounces brewed herbal raspberry tea, chilled
- 4 Piece fresh lemon wedge
- 16 ice cubes

Preparation
Step 1
This recipe also makes a great nonalcoholic spritzer. Simply replace the vodka with 4 oz of club soda and serve over ice.
1.Brew the herbal raspberry tea (non-caloric). Steep for 5-6 minutes in boiling water. To chill quickly place mug in an ice water bath for 5-10 minutes.
2.In a large martini mixer muddle the granular sugar substitute (if using sucralose use 4 tsp and add 2g NC per serving), vodka and 9 raspberries (reserve 1 for garnish).
3.Add the chilled raspberry tea, squeeze the lemon wedge and add ice.
4.Shake vigorously to combine, strain and pour into a chilled martini glass garnished with a raspberry.
