- 4 Tablespoon mint leaves (6-8 each)
- 4 Tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 6 Teaspoons granular sugar substitute (Truvia)
- 4 Ounce rum
- 16 Ounces club soda or selzer
- 16 ice cubes

Preparation
Step 1
This recipe can be made nonalcoholic by leaving the rum out. For rum flavor 1/2 tsp rum extract may be added.
1.In a large glass using a cocktail muddle with a long handle and flat rough surface, crush the mint leaves, lime juice, and granular sugar substitute (if using sucralose use 4 tsp and add 2g NC to the total).
2.Add the rum and soda water. Mix to combine and pour over ice.
