  • 12 oz bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup white baking chips, melted
  • 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup pistachio nuts

Step 1

Line an 8x8 pan with foil. Spray foil with cooking spray.

Place chocolate chips, marshmallows and milk in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave uncovered for 3-5 minutes, stirring every minute, until chocolate and marshmallows are melted and can be stirred smooth.

Stir in vanilla, nuts and cranberries. Immediately pour into prepared pan. Drizzle with the melted white baking chips.

Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm. Remove fudge from pan using foil and cut into squares.
