Sweet Potato and Apple Casserole

Ingredients

• 3-4 medium sweet potatoes, cubed
• 2 c granny smith apples, sliced
• 1/4 c sugar
• 1/4 c brown sugar
• cinnamon
• 2 T cornstarch mixed with 1/2 c water
• 1 T butter

Preparation

Step 1

1) combine sweet potatoes and apples in a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.

2) Pour cornstarch mixture over top. Dot with butter.

3) Bake covered 1 hour at 350 degrees F.

Optional: add raisins and nuts.
