  • 2 CANS MINCED CLAMS WITH JUICE
  • 1 TB. LEMON JUICE
  • 1 TB.. OREGANO
  • 2 TB. PARSLEY FLAKES
  • 3/4 CUP BREAD CRUMBS
  • 1 STICK BUTTER
  • I MED. SIZE ONION CHOPPED
  • 4 CLOVES GARLIC (DEPENDING ON TASTE

Preparation

Step 1





PUT WHOLE CAN OF CLAMS (WITH LIQUID), WITH THE LEMON JUICE IN POT. BOIL FOR 1-2 MINUTES.



SAUTEE ONION, GARLIC UNTIL SOFT.



ADD BREAD CRUMBS, PARSLEY, OREGANO TO ONION MIXTURE. MIX WELL.



ADD BREAD CRUMB MIXTURE TO POT. MIX. ADD SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE.



YOU CAN PUT IN CASSEROLE DISH AND BAKE 30 MINUTES, OR IN THE MINI FILLO TARTS THAT I DID.( BAKED UNITL DONE-AROUND 20 MIUNTES)
