Sausage Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 lb breakfast sausage
  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup jalapeno juice
  • Water, as needed

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

Thoroughly combine all ingredients by hand in a large bowl. Use water by the tbsp to add more moisture to the mixture as needed. Roll the sausage mixture into small, 1 inch balls.

Bake for 25 minutes or until the balls are golden brown.
