- Dry Mix:
- 20 chicken wings
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp cayenne
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- Sauce:
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1/2 bottle Frank's Red Hot
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic

Step 1
Coat chicken wings in dry mix. Place in refrigerator for one hour. Remove and coat again. Fry in oil at 375F for 13 minutes, drain well. Toss in sauce and serve.
