Ingredients

  • 1 to 2 lbs. chicken livers
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Cooking oil

Step 1

Mix flour, garlic powder, salt and pepper in bowl.
Roll each chicken liver in mixture until totally covered. Heat about an inch of oil in skillet. Fry livers turning often until crispy. Drain and enjoy!

HONEY MUSTARD SAUCE:

1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup honey
3/4 cup mayonnaise

Whisk together in a bowl. Will keep in refrigerator for several days.
