Ingredients
- 1 bunch of green onions-chopped
- 1 green and red bell pepper chopped
- 1 can pinto beans rinsed and drained
- 1 can black eyed peas rinsed and drained
- 1 can shoepeg corn drained
- 1 can jalepeno peppers drained
- 1/2 cup splenda or sugar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup cidar vinegar

Step 1
Bring last 3 ingredients to a boin in small saucepan then cool. Meanwhile, blend rest of ingredients in a bowl, Finally add last 3 to mix. Refrigerate at least 2-4 hours or over night
sever with chips.
