Ingredients
- 12 slices of french bread
- 2 - 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 cup fresh or frozen fruit
- 12 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. maple syrup

Preparation
Step 1
Cut bread into 1 inch pieces. Place 1/2 of them in 9x13 pan. Cut cream cheese into 1/2 inch cubes and layer over bread.
Top with fruit and remaining bread.
In a bowl mix eggs milk (spice for fruit) and syrup.
Pour over top and with spatula press bread into liquid.
Cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate overnight.
Remove 30 minutes before baking.
Bake at 350 degrees covered for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 25-30 minutes.
Serve with syrup, yogurt.
peach - add 1/2 ginger
blueberry - add 1 t. cinnamon
