Ingredients
- 12 oz cream cheese
- 2 cups monterey jack cheese grated
- 2 cups old cheddar cheese, grated
- 1\4 tsp dijon mustard
- 1\8 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp curry pwd (more if you like curry)
- 1 tbsp Bristol Cream Sherry
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sour cream
- 1\2 cup finely chopped green onion
- topping;
- Major Grey Mango Fruit Chutney (fine cut type)
- 1\2 cup fine cut green onion

Preparation
Step 1
2 days prior:
Process all ingredients except for cheese in food processor (do in small batches) until smooth and creamy. Spread in 9 inch spring form pan, cover and chill.
Just before serving , top with chutney garnish with 1\2 cup green onions.
Remove from pan onto plate.
