Ingredients

  • 12 oz cream cheese
  • 2 cups monterey jack cheese grated
  • 2 cups old cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1\4 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1\8 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp curry pwd (more if you like curry)
  • 1 tbsp Bristol Cream Sherry
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • 1\2 cup finely chopped green onion
  • topping;
  • Major Grey Mango Fruit Chutney (fine cut type)
  • 1\2 cup fine cut green onion

Preparation

Step 1

2 days prior:
Process all ingredients except for cheese in food processor (do in small batches) until smooth and creamy. Spread in 9 inch spring form pan, cover and chill.
Just before serving , top with chutney garnish with 1\2 cup green onions.
Remove from pan onto plate.
