This is the family's favorite chowder! It is a recipe that I created using the idea that ham should be just as good in chowder as clams.

Ingredients

  • Three 10 3/4 oz. cans Cream of Potato soup
  • 3 cups ham, cut into small cubes
  • 3 cups frozen corn kernels
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups (cooked) carrots, quartered (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp cracked pepper
  • 1 tsp Nature's Seasons

Step 1

Add all the ingredients to the small Crock pot. Stir the chowder 2 times over the 1st hour. Continue cooking the chowder on HIGH for 3 hours. Turn the chowder down to LOW and continue cooking for an additional 2 - 3 hours. Serve the chowder with crackers.
