Ham Chowder (3 Quart Small Crock Pot)

This is the family's favorite chowder! It is a recipe that I created using the idea that ham should be just as good in chowder as clams.

Ingredients
- Three 10 3/4 oz. cans Cream of Potato soup
- 3 cups ham, cut into small cubes
- 3 cups frozen corn kernels
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups (cooked) carrots, quartered (optional)
- 1/2 tsp cracked pepper
- 1 tsp Nature's Seasons

Cooking time 420mins

Step 1
Add all the ingredients to the small Crock pot. Stir the chowder 2 times over the 1st hour. Continue cooking the chowder on HIGH for 3 hours. Turn the chowder down to LOW and continue cooking for an additional 2 - 3 hours. Serve the chowder with crackers.
