Ingredients

  • 3 cups self rising cornmeal mix
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3/4 cream-style corn
  • 7 medium banana/jalapeno peppers

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8-inch square baking pan. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Pour into pan and bake for 40 minutes.
