Ingredients
- Whole Wheat 7 Grain Bread
- water-1 1/2 cup
- Salt-2 rounded 1/4 tsp
- Frozen Orange juice concentrate-2 level Tbsp.
- Liquid honey-1/4 cup
- (Stir liquid mixture with wooden spreader)
- Stirred Whole wheat Bread flour 1 1/4 level cup
- Stirred Regular whole wheat flour: 3 cups plus 1 TBSP
- 7 -grain cereal- 1 level cup
- (ground) Flax -2 TBSP
- Gluten-2 tsp.
- Skim milk powder-2 Tbsp.
- Make a little well on top and add
- Yeast-2 1/2 level tsp.,
- Add 1/4 cup combined pumpkin & sunflower seeds when 1st bell rings (40Min)

Preparation
Step 1
On Cuisinart convection breadmaker
MENU: 3 wholewheat
CRUST: light
LOAF: leave at 2 pound
MIX IN: push for light to go out if not adding nuts
Time it takes is 4 hours, 23 minutes. If this is OK, push START.
To remove paddle: 1 hour and 34 minutes before bread is finished, it will beep. (This is 2 hours and 50 min. after starting time) Immediately push PAUSE, remove basket and close lid. Dump bread onto a bit of flour, flour hands and remove paddle. Reshape as needed to nice and round and replace in oven. Push START
When finished, let sit on counter 7 minutes to cool a bit before dumping out.
To change finish time, eg. 8 hours: Before pushing START, push + on DELAY TIME START until it shows 8:00 if want bread finished in 8 hours. Push START.
Alternate recipe:
Some sunflower seeds pumpkin seeds can be added.
Any brand of regular whole wheat flour is fine.
Gluten, 7 Grain cereal, flax, seeds, etc all available in bulk bins.
Bakipan Fast rising instant yeast is what is used in this recipe.
