Green Tomato Cake

Ingredients

• 2 cups finely diced green tomatoes
• 1/4 cup softened butter
• 2 cups sugar
• 4 eggs
• 1 cup chopped nuts
• 2 tsp orange extract
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 2-1/2 cups flour
• 1/2 cup baking cocoa
• 2-1/2 tsp baking power
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 cup milk

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased and flour 9" x 12" cake pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

Cool and frost with your favorite cream cheese frosting.
