Spicy Shrimp Pasta in Garlic Tomato Cream Sauce

If using 28 oz San Marzano - use extra heavy cream.

Ingredients
- 2 tb olive oil
- 1 lb shrimp
- Crushed red pepper
- Paprika
- Salt
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 4 minced garlic cloves
- 2 cps crushed tomato
- 1/4 cp water
- 1/2 cube chicken bullion
- 1 tb basil
- 1/2 ts oregano
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 8 oz penne pasta

Step 1
1) Heat olive oil medium high. Add shrimp, cook 1 minute each side. While it cooks, sprinkle top of shrimp with red pepper, paprika, or salt to cover every shrimp. Don't skimp on spices. Flip shrimp, cook 2 additional minutes.
2) Remove shrimp to a plate. Leave all the oil in the skillet
3) To the same skiller, add chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook on medium-high in the left over shrimp olive oil. Cook about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until onions soften.
4) Add crushed tomatos and the chicken bullion dissolved in 1/4 cup water boiling. Add basil, oregano. Mix, bring to a boil, and then let simmer. Simmer 10-15 minutes, mix occasionally and crush tomatoes small. Season with more red pepper and salt if needed. In the end, while on simmer, add heavy cream. Mix and immediately remove from heat.
5) Add back shrimp and pasta. Mix well - do not bring back to boil - simmer only.
