Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup celery, diced, plus a few leaves
- Dash of: salt, pepper and ginger
- 1/2 cup water

Step 1
Salt and pepper pork chops. Brown in fry pan with a small amount of oil. Drain chops.
Mix the other ingredients in a blender. Add mixture, plus 1 additional cup boiling water to the pork chops. Cover and simmer for 1 hour or until done.
